Book anywhere, anytime

Walk up to a meeting room that is green to indicate it is currently free and click on the 15 | 30 | 1 hour buttons for immediate booking outside the room.

Alternatively find the nearest available meeting room using the mobile app or from the web dashboard and filter for the max number of people required for the meeting.

To book a meeting room simply confirm you are happy with the selection and if you require from concierge click on the button to request help.

When you enter the room you are automatically checked in with the sensors in the room. However if you do not attend within 15 minutes of the booking the room will go back to available for others to book.

View your check in status and for the meeting room and if you decide to leave early you can click on end meeting now. this will make the room available for others to use.

If the room is still available after your end time you also have the option to extend the meeting by 15, 30 or 1 hour.

Ensure your meeting rooms are running at optimal performance by enabling the review function. When enabled all booking will have an option to report any issues in the meeting room.

Concierge will receive all reviews and action any common issues to ensure the meeting rooms is fully optimised.

Schedule down time

Take full control over the meeting room availability and schedule when it will be closed for maintenance or special events and block users from booking the meeting room with the option to add multiple schedules to cover any period of time for all meeting rooms across your sites.

If any meeting rooms are already booked up during the proposed schedule period you have the option to cancel (this will generate an email to the users affected) or allow existing bookings to go ahead.

See full availability on all meeting rooms at a glance of the mobile app or web dashboard via the availability calendar.

Filter for your exact requirements and view each meeting room timeline in 1-hour blocks. To book a meeting time simply click on the available blocks.

View existing booking on the graphic user interface and click on them to view the host of the meeting.
